Michael Duggan - Executive Director
Michael Duggan joined Domus as its executive director in 1991 when the organization had just one program, Domus House, and a budget of under $300,000. A native of Quincy, Massachusetts, Duggan served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps for two years before working at Good Shepherd Services in Brooklyn for nine years. Duggan mentors several young men, one for almost two decades, and is a graduate of Holy Cross and Hunter College in New York City. He is the recipient of a 2010 Sanctae Crucis Award, Holy Cross’ highest non-degree recognition bestowed by the college on an alumnus.

Julie DeGennaro - Associate Executive Director for Programming
Julie has worked at Domus since graduating magna cum laude from Connecticut College in 1993. She has worked as a youth worker, director of education, director of residential services, assistant executive director, and associate executive director for programming, overseeing all programs for the agency.

Marina Schreiber - Chief Operating Officer
Marina Schreiber joined Domus in June 2011 as its chief operating officer and is responsible for non-programmatic areas including finance, human capital, technology, and facilities. Prior to joining Domus, Marina served as chief administrative officer at the I Have A Dream Foundation and director of special projects at the NYC Department of Education. Before transitioning into the public and nonprofit sectors, Marina was a principal at American Management Systems, an information technology consulting firm. She began her career in operations and technology at Chemical Bank. Marina holds a BS in industrial engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Courtney Baker, LCSW  - Director of Clinical Services
Courtney Baker, a licensed clinical social worker, is Domus’ director of clinical services. Ms. Baker started this position in August 2007 and is responsible for developing, directing, and coordinating mental health services for Domus. Ms. Baker oversees the family advocate model at all three Domus schools; works directly with young people providing emergency mental health evaluations, facilitating relationally-based psychotherapy groups, providing crisis intervention, and on-going treatment services; and provides clinical consultation to Domus’ residential and out-of-school-time programs as needed. Prior to joining Domus, Ms. Baker worked for four years at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut where she was the coordinator of the intensive in-home therapy program and the coordinator of group therapy services. Ms. Baker received her masters in social work from Boston University in 2003 and currently has a teaching appointment at Columbia University School of Social Work.

Craig Baker - Chief Educational Officer
Craig Baker is Domus’ chief educational officer and oversees the organization’s educational programs, which include three schools. Prior to that, he was the director of Trailblazers Academy for three years. Craig came to the school the year of its founding in 1999 as a social studies teacher, becoming the school's co-director in 2002 and its director in 2004. Prior to joining Domus, he was a teacher at The Bridge, a Bridgeport charter school. Craig received both his masters in education and BA in history from Sacred Heart University.

Jonathan Hoch - Chief Community Officer
Jon has worked at Domus since August 1998. He has worked as a youth worker, Domus House coordinator, Domus House director, director of summer camp, director of after-school, and director of social services. As chief community officer, Jon oversees all of the community-based programs for Domus including the community center, after-school programs, Project Hope, and summer camps. He was born and raised in Stamford and attended the University of Arizona.

Tom Langan - Chief Residential Services Officer
Tom Langan serves as Domus' director of residential services. Tom joined Domus in 1997 as a residential youth worker; he soon became the Passages intake coordinator and then the Passages and Domus House coordinator. Tom was appointed director of residential services in 2002 and worked in that capacity while also overseeing, between 2004 and 2007, the ARTS program. He also oversaw the creation of Project Hope. Prior to joining Domus, Tom worked with juvenile justice system youth at a residential treatment center and at an emergency shelter. Tom received his BA from Central Connecticut State University.

Edwin J. Naval - Chief Financial Officer
Edwin Naval is chief financial officer at Domus. He has over 15 years of financial and management experience in the nonprofit and publishing industries. Prior to joining Domus, Edwin served as controller for Metro, a free daily newspaper with editions for New York, Boston, and Philadelphia. Previously, he served as controller for a nonprofit catering to homeless people in New York City. Edwin earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting in the Philippines.

Garland Walton – Chief of Staff
Garland is Domus’ chief of staff; she came to Domus in 1999 and has served in several capacities, including director of development. Prior to joining Domus, Garland led the Mayor’s Youth Services Bureau for former Stamford mayor Dan Malloy; she worked for the Illinois State Senate as a legislative analyst and a communications analyst between 1990 and 1995. Garland received her BA from the University of Illinois.
