Social services organizations have finally started changing the way they talk to investors about what happens in their programs, dumping outputs like how many snacks they served and talking about real impact on the lives of people. Domus began its outcomes-measurement effort back in 2002; it’s been a long process with a few bumps, but for several years now we’ve using results and data every day to make decisions and help kids. Understanding what works and what needs to be changed enables us to be better teachers, better family advocates, and better outreach workers. Across the organization, we're committed to measuring change, setting goals, and telling our stories in ways that show you what results we've accomplished with your investments.

“...my behavior at school has improved tremendously and so have my grades. My behavior is my biggest change...I can control my anger before exploding. I give (the program director) credit for helping me with that.”
