Domus began its outcomes measurement effort back in 2002, and in 2010 we took a big step forward by purchasing a sophisticated tool, Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) by Social Solutions, a Web-based software package with the robust reporting and full customization we need to design a tracking tool for our complex organization. ETO will help us further refine the ways we use results and data every day to make decisions and help kids. Understanding what works and what needs to be changed enables us to be better teachers, better family advocates, and better outreach workers. Across the organization, we're committed to measuring change, setting goals, and telling our stories in ways which show you what results we've accomplished with your investments.
