The GE Corporate Tax Team spent Friday, June 8, 2007 transforming Passages, our transitional living home, with new everything: paint, beds, bedding, furniture, blinds, lighting, and more! It truly looks like a home, and our young men love it. Many thanks to the dozens of dedicated volunteers who made it happen and to Rick D'Avino and Marianne Keegan for leading the troops!
Domus Board member Allie Marks and her husband Steve threw a September 29, 2007 housewarming party in their new Westport home benefiting Domus’ educational programs. Thanks to all the Marks’ friends and family members who came out for a good time for a good cause!

New hires from GE Money with the help of Lead-USA planned a day of fun for 20 of our 4th and 5th graders at the Sheraton. A ballroom was turned into a flea market style shopping area and each student was given $75 dollars in Monopoly money to spend on bargains school and then some! All the while, raffles went on for DVD’s, posters and even an Ipod! Needless to say, the kids came home with bags and bags of materials so they are ready for school to begin. A special thanks to GE for donating the remainder of the supplies to Chester Addison totaling over $3000 in supplies.

GE Money employees from around the world came to the CACC for a special day with the campers. After icebreakers and games, it was time to get to work on posters in teams of one GE employee and one Chester Addison camper. When the posters were complete, it was "share time" as each pair presented what they had learned about their new friends. A wonderful afternoon concluded with smiles and great memories for our youth and their new "big" friends!
